During the past year we have witnessed disruptions of food supply chains around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has upset the food system like never before. From logistical issues, a shortage of workforce, to radical changes in demand, each country shared challenging moments.
We exchange ideas, share best practices and work with international organizations, governments, and consumers.
We raise awareness and education to help everyone eat better and contribute to a healthier, more resilient, and sustainable international food system.

Located between Piazza dei Giudici, Lungarno Diaz, and Piazza Mentana, the Florence Chamber of Commerce headquarters is a 9,000-sqm property. It was home to the first Chamber of Commerce of Italy, established on 1 February 1770 by Grand Duke Pietro Leopoldo. The building is located where the Wool Guild’s pullery stood in the Middle Ages.
